About the Role:

The Corporate Development team at Hims & Hers is responsible for managing all of the company’s Mergers & Acquisitions, partnerships, and minority investments from deal inception and for the entire length of our relationship with our partners.

We’re looking for a Director of M&A Integration and Partner management to lead the post closing aspects of all of our M&A and partnerships. Reporting to the VP, Head of Corporate Development, this person will be in a high impact role, with direct responsibility to our Executive Leadership team that will help define the future of Hims & Hers.

This role is for someone who has the seniority and experience to directly work with our partners and management teams of acquired companies, but also loves to roll up their sleeves, develop strategy, and execute day-to-day. The ideal candidate for this role thrives in a fast-moving, high-impact environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, and holds themselves to a high standard.

You Will:
  • Reporting to the VP, Head of Corporate Development, the Director of M&A Integration and Partner management will run the integration of all acquired companies and manage the ongoing relationships with our partners

  • This role is an integral part of the entire M&A and partnerships process, not just a role that starts when a deal is closed - the expectation is this person will be involved from Day 1 in defining the strategic direction, deal terms, diligence, etc

  • The core responsibility will be to help set and communicate the high-level strategy for integrating acquired companies, manage the cross functional integration process, and work closely with our executive team to ensure alignment

  • You will also manage post deal earn outs, indemnity payments, and other post closing activities, as well as tracking deal success metrics and milestones for both partnerships and M&A deals

  • You will update senior leadership often on the progress of our partnerships and M&A deals

  • It’s a small team, so the ideal candidate would also have some Mergers & Acquisitions experience (e.g., investment banking, private equity, or corporate development for a period of time) to be able to meaningfully contribute to the entire M&A lifecycle, but this experience is not required

You Have:
  • ~10+ years of experience with M&A integration at a fast moving, ideally public company

  • Proven ownership of the entire integration process

  • Ability to work and coordinate cross functionally

  • Ability to communicate and coordinate with the executive team

  • You need to be independent with an ability to deliver with limited oversight

  • Proficiency with financials, financial modeling a plus

  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Our Benefits (there are more but here are some highlights):
  • Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time roles

  • Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days

  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision, and parental leave

  • Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)

  • 401k benefits with employer matching contribution

  • Offsite team retreats

We are committed to building a workforce that reflects diverse perspectives and prioritizes ethics, wellness, and a strong sense of belonging. If you're excited about this role, we encourage you to apply—even if you're not sure if your background or experience is a perfect match.
