Cybercrime is rising, reaching record highs. According to the FBI's IC3 report total losses exceeded $16 billion. With investment fraud and BEC sams at the forefront, the message is clear: the real estate sector remains a lucrative target for cybercriminals. At CertifID, we take this threat seriously and provide a platform that verifies the identities of parties involved in transactions, authenticates wire transfer instructions, and detects potential fraud attempts. Our technology is designed to mitigate risks and ensure that every transaction is conducted with confidence and peace of mind.

We are guided by core values and a world without wire fraud. Our team is committed to enhancing security and fighting fraud- where your work drives real, meaningful impact. We know we couldn’t take on this challenge without our incredible team and have been recognizes as one of the Best Startups to Work for in Austin, made the Inc. 5000 list, and won Best Culture by Purpose Jobs two years in a row.
Our core values define who we are and how we work:

  • Guard The Customer: We exist to protect people, their money and their trust. We start with their problem and build secure solutions worthy of the responsibility.

  • Raise The Bar: Growth is something we choose every day. We push ourselves to learn, improve, and do our best work.

  • Influence Outcomes: Leadership is how you show up. We take ownership, act with urgency, and follow through.

  • Teamwork Wins: Great work is a team effort. We show up for each other, communicate openly, and get better together.

About This Role

CertifID is on a mission to make payment fraud impossible. Every year, billions of dollars disappear from real estate closing tables and we are the company that stops it. We are winning. Revenue is growing, customers are expanding, and the product is working. In this role you will have direct access to revenue leadership. You will work with the Vice President of Revenue Operations and have visibility in to where strategy gets maid, not just executed.

What You Will Do:

  • Own marketing program operations. Build and maintain the campaign planning infrastructure, from how programs get scoped and launched to how results get tracked and reported. Your goal is that the marketing team can execute with speed and still have clear answers about impact.

  • Run funnel measurement and pipeline reporting. Develop and maintain the frameworks that connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue. Track campaign performance, funnel conversion, and marketing ROI across channels. When the pipeline is moving up or down, you’ll help leadership understand why and what to do about it.

  • Build the dashboards and reporting cadence that marketing and revenue leadership rely on. That includes weekly pipeline health, campaign performance, funnel conversion, and program ROI. Reports should answer real questions, not just surface data.

  • Partner on marketing planning. Work with marketing leadership to translate growth goals into executable programs with clear timelines, owners, and measurement frameworks. Own how the team structures its planning cycles, quarterly and annually.

  • Drive cross-functional alignment. Keep marketing tightly connected to sales, finance, and customer success throughout the full go-to-market funnel. Lead handoffs, attribution frameworks, and shared definitions of pipeline health don’t maintain themselves.

  • Improve how the team operates. Identify where campaigns slow down, where reporting is manual, and where execution could be cleaner. Build processes that reduce friction and improve speed without introducing complexity.

  • Support experimentation and iteration. Help marketing teams measure new programs, analyze results quickly, and build on what works.

  • Use AI as operational leverage. Embed AI tools into your workflow — automating reporting, accelerating analysis, and reducing manual work across the marketing organization. This isn’t aspirational; it’s an expectation of how you work.

  • Manage and develop one direct report. Set clear expectations, remove blockers, and invest in their development.

What You Will Bring

Required

  • 7+ years in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, or a closely related role at a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology company. You’ve done this at a company where marketing owns meaningful pipeline generation — and you’ve built the systems to prove it.

  • Deep understanding of how modern B2B marketing works: demand generation, lifecycle marketing, digital programs, and integrated campaigns well enough to build the operational infrastructure behind them.

  • Strong experience measuring marketing performance. You can connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue, build attribution frameworks that hold up to scrutiny, and tell a clear story about what the data means.

  • Experience building operational frameworks that scale — campaign planning processes, funnel reporting systems, and program tracking infrastructure that allowed teams to grow without losing visibility.

  • Comfort working with marketing and revenue data. You can pull your own analysis, interpret funnel metrics, and synthesize findings into a recommendation. You don’t wait for a data team to hand you a report.

  • Fluency with modern marketing technology: Salesforce, HubSpot or Marketo, BI platforms (Hex, Looker or similar), and campaign analytics systems.

  • Genuine AI fluency. You’ve meaningfully changed how you work because of AI tools — not as an experiment, but as a standard part of how you operate.

  • Strong communication. You can write a clear one-pager for a CMO and collaborate effectively with technical teams. The goal is always to help the marketing team make better decisions faster.

  • Experience leading at least one direct report. You’ve managed someone, set clear expectations, and helped them grow.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.

Preferred

  • Experience successfully scaling a Marketing Operations function

  • Comfort with SQL or basic data modeling.

  • Prior experience at a fintech, proptech, or similarly regulated SaaS company. Bonus if you know the title industry.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salaries

  • Excellent medical, dental and vision benefits

  • Participation in the employee stock option program

  • Flexible Time Off policy

  • 401k with generous company match and no vesting schedule

  • 12 company-paid holidays, 10 paid sick days and your birthday off!
