About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on marketing leader to build and scale our growth engine. You’ll start by managing a small group of contractors across design, content, and paid channels — then gradually bring key functions in-house as you prove ROI and build repeatable systems. You’ll partner directly with the CEO to refine our positioning, sharpen our ICP, and craft the marketing strategy — then own execution across all major channels. This is a highly entrepreneurial role for a Director-level marketer who loves to build, test, and scale.

What You’ll Do

Strategy & Leadership

  • Collaborate with the CEO to define the marketing strategy, brand positioning, and channel roadmap.

  • Translate business goals into clear marketing plans with measurable outcomes.

  • Own the marketing budget, allocating spend toward the most efficient growth levers.

  • Manage a group of contractors and vendors across creative, content, and paid media — and hire key roles over time.

Execution & Ownership

  • Drive acquisition and engagement across multiple channels — paid, organic, lifecycle, partnerships, and events.

  • Oversee content and campaign creation that builds awareness and pipeline.

  • Establish basic marketing ops infrastructure (HubSpot, analytics, attribution, reporting) to ensure clean data and visibility.

  • Maintain and evolve our website, ensuring alignment between messaging, brand, and conversion goals.

  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, iterating quickly based on results.

Brand & Identity

  • Partner with design and leadership to evolve our brand identity and visual system.

  • Ensure consistent storytelling across every touchpoint — ads, website, product marketing, and social.

  • Build a deep understanding of our audience and market, ensuring all messaging connects authentically.

Who You Are

  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing — ideally in growth, demand generation, or channel roles.

  • Proven ability to translate business goals into channel plans and campaigns.

  • Hands-on with tools like HubSpot, GA4, Webflow, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and reporting dashboards.

  • Strong mix of creative and analytical skills — you care about both conversion rates and story.

  • Experience managing contractors or small teams and excited to grow an internal team over time.

  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments and enjoys building from scratch.

Bonus Points

  • Experience marketing to SMB or mid-market SaaS audiences.

  • Comfortable shaping brand and narrative while also driving measurable growth.

  • Has worked in early-stage or founder-led environments and knows how to bring focus and process.

  • Familiar with AI-driven tools and automation workflows.

Why Join Us

  • You’ll work directly with the CEO to shape and scale the marketing function.

  • Huge scope for ownership — from brand to budget to team building.

  • A collaborative environment where ideas move fast and execution matters.

  • A product with real traction and an ambitious roadmap for growth.
