General Summary

The Director of Operations will lead a large-scale, end-to-end warehouse and reverse logistics operation within a state-of-the-art, automated facility in Flower Mound, Texas. This role is fully on-site and is responsible for driving operational excellence across inbound receiving, reverse logistics, screening (grading), outbound fulfillment, inventory management, kitting and repair, while consistently meeting safety, quality, cost, and service-level commitments.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Operations – US & Canada, this leader will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Supply Chain, Transportation, Engineering, IT, Quality, Finance, HR, and Sales to scale operations, improve efficiency, and support business growth. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring a strategic, hands-on operator who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and hands-on leadership for all warehouse and reverse logistics operations, including inbound receiving, outbound fulfillment, inventory control, repair operations, product grading, and kitting.

  • Own and drive operational performance across key metrics including cost, productivity, quality, safety, service-level attainment, and inventory accuracy

  • Develop and execute short- and long-term operational strategies aligned with business growth and customer requirements

  • Manage operating budgets, labor planning, and capacity forecasting to support volume fluctuations and new program launches

  • Own P&L performance for assigned areas, with accountability for cost control, efficiency, and profitability

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing management team; build strong succession plans and leadership bench strength

  • Hire, mentor, and develop talent while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational discipline

  • Lead change management initiatives related to automation, system enhancements, and operational scaling

  • Partner with Engineering and IT to evaluate automation, system improvements, and scalable technology solutions

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Transportation teams to optimize inbound and outbound material flow

  • Work closely with Training and New Product Development to support new product introductions and process development

  • Serve as a key operations leader in strategic planning and senior-level discussions

  • Act as a primary point of escalation for resolving operational, quality, and product-related issues impacting customers

  • Ensure compliance with all safety, security, regulatory, and company policies and champion a strong safety-first culture

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred

  • 10+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a management role

  • Proven experience leading large-scale warehouse or reverse logistics operations, preferably in automated or technology-enabled environments

  • Strong background in labor planning, team leadership, and operational execution

  • Experience with inventory management systems, repair operations, and product grading is highly desirable

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at all organizational levels

  • Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and P&L responsibility

  • Agile mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing technologies, processes, and business demands

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
