Hi, we’re CompanyCam.

We’re a simple-to-use photo documentation and productivity app for contractors of all commercial and home services industries. Packed with intuitive functionality, CompanyCam facilitates unparalleled communication and accountability across a contractor’s entire business. We’re committed to providing a consumer-grade, game-changing experience that helps our users build trust within their company and with their customers.

But don’t let that corporate description fool you—the people behind our buttoned-up product are laid-back (but hardworking), genuine, and kickass, and you could be one of them!

The Role

Shape the future of CompanyCam's growth as our Director of Outbound Sales, where you'll lead and grow our mid-market and enterprise outbound team, engaging with key decision-makers to land those bigger deals. You'll be in charge of building a high-performing sales team, creating the go-to playbook for outbound, and working closely with our Marketing, RevOps, and Partnerships teams to make sure everything we do is smart, efficient, and gets results. This isn't your typical sales leadership role. You'll be the driving force behind our strategic outbound initiatives, directly targeting and engaging executive-level decision-makers to unlock significant new revenue streams.

What You'll Do
  • Build and Lead a High-Performing Team: Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a team of Mid-Market Sales Representatives and SDRs, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and Implement Outbound Strategy: Architect and continuously refine a multi-segment outbound playbook tailored to different customer types and industries, with a focus on pipeline generation and revenue growth.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Marketing, RevOps, Partnerships, and Product teams to ensure a unified outbound approach and contribute to broader company initiatives.
  • Coach for Sales Excellence: Provide daily coaching through call reviews, role-playing, and deal clinics to enhance complex sales skills and improve SDR to AE conversion rates.
  • Own Outbound Revenue and Performance: Take full ownership of mid-market and enterprise outbound revenue targets, pipeline creation, and forecast accuracy, using data to optimize sales motions.
  • Foster a High-Performance Culture: Model and cultivate a learning-focused sales environment that values accountability, healthy competition, resilience, and open communication.
  • Travel and Represent CompanyCam: Travel (25-30%) to industry events, team meetings, and key customer engagements to support the go-to-market strategy.
  • Implement Performance Management: Establish a clear and repeatable system for managing team performance, providing regular feedback, and addressing performance issues in partnership with HR.
  • Design Scalable Outbound Systems: Develop and implement efficient outbound processes and leverage technology, including AI-enhanced cadences and automation, to maximize team productivity and reach.
What You'll Bring
  • 3-5+ years of full cycle outbound sales leadership experience in SaaS, including managing teams through high-growth phases and within Mid Market and/or Enterprise segments.
  • Proven success in building and scaling a multi-layer sales organization while consistently driving revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align teams around shared pipeline and revenue objectives.
  • Strategic operator with experience in building outbound Go-To-Market (GTM) engines from the ground up.
  • Exceptional coaching and motivational skills with a history of developing high-achieving sales professionals.
  • In-depth understanding of outbound sales frameworks (e.g., Baseline, Sandler) and their application to complex sales cycles.
  • Strong systems thinking with proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong), capable of translating data into actionable strategies.
  • Process-oriented with the ability to simplify complex situations and establish sustainable systems for growth.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapid change while providing stability and clarity for the team.
  • A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving.
  • A knack for creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems.
