Job Description

We're looking for a Director of Strategic Channel Partnerships to join Procore's Corporate Development and Partnerships team. In this role, you'll develop and scale strategic relationships with our most critical channel partners to accelerate our global revenue and market penetration. The primary goal of this role is to architect, launch, and manage a high-impact channel partner ecosystem that drives significant indirect revenue growth for Procore.

As a Director of Strategic Channel Partnerships, you'll partner with senior leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to integrate existing partnership threads into one cohesive, high-impact growth engine. Use your executive relationship management, strategic deal negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills to be accountable for the overall indirect revenue performance and market success of Procore's channel partners. This is your chance to own a critical blend of strategic architecture and revenue execution, driving implementation and being fully accountable for results—Apply today and help us build the future of construction technology.

This position reports into VP, Corporate Development and Partnerships and will be based in our any US location (remote). We're looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the entire partnership lifecycle by serving as the executive point person for key channel relationships, responsible for identifying, negotiating, and formalizing complex, value-driven agreements.

  • Govern strategy and execution by creating and driving strategic Joint Business Plans (JBPs), defining shared KPIs, and leading executive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure alignment and forward progress.

  • Lead cross-functional alignment by collaborating with internal teams to integrate partner strategies with business goals, ensuring a cohesive and transparent approach across all Procore departments.

  • Account for global indirect revenue by managing the forecast and overseeing all associated co-sell and resell programs, demonstrating clear ownership of business outcomes.

  • Establish and report on clear performance metrics for in-field channel resources (dotted-line reporting) to ensure consistent execution and attainment of ambitious revenue goals.

  • Evangelize the strategic value and successes of the partnership ecosystem to internal stakeholders, communicating our optimistic vision for market expansion and channel contribution.

  • Mentor and influence regional field resources, ensuring tight sales alignment and consistent channel execution through open communication and clear direction.

What we’re looking for:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required, coupled with a minimum of 10+ years of total professional experience, including 6+ years directly owning Channel Partnerships or Strategic Alliances for a B2B SaaS platform.

  • Proven expertise in building, developing, and growing channel partnerships and relevant programs that deliver long-term revenue growth and high customer/partner satisfaction.

  • A consistent, positive track record of exceeding ambitious revenue targets and achieving core business objectives.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and business judgment, with a demonstrated ability to generate action and drive outcomes through influence and respectful engagement.

  • A self-starter who demonstrates ownership, thrives with ambiguity in a high-growth landscape, and can expertly prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Strong preference for candidates with an MBA, prior SaaS experience, strategic knowledge of global distributors or public sector channels, or an understanding of the construction industry.
