About the Role

We are looking for someone hungry that wants to move faster. This is a pivotal role for a leader ready to own the mission of building and scaling 3PL, WMS and other logistics partnerships through certification, integrations, and joint Go-To-Market strategies. You will be responsible for sourcing and tiering 3PL partners while running certification and enablement programs to expand our ecosystem. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will create a compelling commercial motion, recruit the best team in the industry, and drive focus on what moves the needle. This is a career defining opportunity to transform the international logistics industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and manage the world’s highest performance partnership team in all of logistics.
  • Source, recruit, and tier 3PL partners to build a high-performing fulfilment ecosystem.
  • Run partner certification and enablement programs to ensure seamless integration with the Swap platform.
  • Own account mapping and develop Joint Go-To-Market (JGTM) plans to drive mutual growth.
  • Execute co-selling plays and manage the pipeline for partner-sourced and influenced revenue.
  • Coordinate technical onboarding flows, acting as the liaison between partners, Partner SEs, and Product teams.
  • Drive partner activation to minimize time-to-first shipment and maximize shipment volume.
  • Monitor and report on key KPIs, including Certified 3PLs, shipments influenced, and co-sell wins.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Ops to ensure partner capabilities align with merchant requirements.

What we would like to see:

  • 5–10+ years of experience in WMS, 3PL, fulfillment, or logistics technology partnerships depending on career velocity.
  • Experience recruiting and managing high performance teams. 
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partnership ecosystems and certification programs.
  • Deep understanding of logistics workflows, warehouse management systems, and supply chain tech.
  • A technical aptitude and ability to design an onboarding processes and coordinating with product teams.
  • Strong strategic capability to define Joint-GTM plans and execute tactical account mapping.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue targets through co-selling and partner influence.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience managing KPIs like activation rates and shipment influence.
  • Impeccable communication skills to build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
