We are looking for a Director, Partnerships to manage our top tier existing external clients & partnerships, develop account strategies, and coordinate and execute deliverables across internal teams. This person will be the main point of contact with sales, operations, and production teams as it relates to these partners, building long term relationships and growing revenue.

Location: United States, Remote - East Coast Preferred

What you’ll do:

  • Act as the main point of contact for top tier existing and potential partners, building and maintaining strong relationships with their key decision makers.
  • Develop and execute account strategies that align with the clients goals and objectives, and ensure their satisfaction with our digital content properties.
  • Work closely with the VP Partnerships to identify new business opportunities, upsell existing clients, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Skillfully partner with various internal groups including production and marketing  to ensure successful delivery of campaigns
  • Perform routine data analysis and retroactive review on campaigns to provide value to our internal teams and partners
  • Analyze client performance data and provide regular reports on progress, insights, and provide recommendations.
  • Coordinate and organize all client/partner meetings and status updates for internal stakeholders 
  • Stay in touch with industry trends and best practices, and share these with the executive team. 
  • Brainstorm custom concepts and create/tailor pitch deck presentations for potential clients and partners. 

What you need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • 8+ years of B2B partnerships experience in a similar environment, preferably in a digital media organization
  • Proven experience maintaining multi-million dollar budgets with high profile partners.
  • Ability to utilize ongoing trends in the soccer & digital media landscape to creatively package products for our sponsor partners
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present data in a digestible way
  • High level of communication skills
  • High level of organization skills 
  • Willingness to move off the ball to assist other team members
  • Flexibility to be available during stoppage time, when necessary
