We have an exciting opportunity for a Director-level People Business Partner to join Arm in a strategic role. You will work in close partnership with the leaders of some of our most dynamic and fast-paced engineering groups to ensure our people and organization are fully aligned to deliver our business strategies!

Key Accountabilities
  • Partner with your leadership teams to bring a people lens to strategic and operational initiatives and problems, operating as a trusted member of the LT.
  • Support, coach, and challenge leaders on key people decisions.
  • Support leadership teams in ensuring their groups are effective, efficient, and operating in a way that fully supports business strategy.
  • Connect leaders with the right expertise and resources within the People group, ensureing work and driving self-service where appropriate.
  • Bring global People strategy to life in your groups, tailoring it to the group context where needed.
  • Develop leadership, people, and organizational capabilities through development programs and coaching.
  • Lead a particular strategic domain for the People group. Deliver related projects, offer expert advice to colleagues in and beyond the people team.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Prior experience as a Senior HR / People Business Partner in the semconductor industustry working directly with C-Suite level stakeholders is required.
  • Significant experience partnering with executives and their leadership teams in designing and delivering a people agenda across global groups
  • Track record of resolving complex people issues, deploying expertise and judgment in balancing business and employee-centric perspectives. Commercial decision-making and a strong focus on delivering business outcomes
  • Articulate, confident communication with senior leaders
  • Strong ability to get work done through teamwork across a global matrix organization
  • Breadth of HR expertise across the full employee lifecycle with deep expertise in one or more people / talent / organization specialisms
  • Articulate, confident communication with style
  • Top-tier slide deck presentation (power point, etc.) creation experience; with the ability to present this information to high-level stakeholders concisely.

Salary Range:
$204,000-$276,000 per year
