Backed by some of the world’s leading venture capital firms, we’re on an ambitious mission to simplify and modernize every function of the dental practice through technology. As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world—empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients.

The Director of Product & Innovation Marketing is responsible for ensuring Dandy remains the category leader in lab innovation. This leader will anticipate market trends, shape our product portfolio strategy, and ensure that our brand is synonymous with breakthrough innovation and differentiated value.

This role elevates the commercial impact of Dandy’s current products while steering the successful development and launch of new innovations—from early discovery and concept validation through market positioning, launch, adoption, and lifecycle optimization.

You will partner closely with R&D, Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, and Executive leadership to bring category-defining products to market and ensure they deliver measurable impact to dental practices. The right candidate is energized by the challenge of modernizing an antiquated industry and harnessing marketing as a strategic lever for transformation.

What You’ll Do
  • Obsess over customers, deeply understand their needs and pain points, and ensure our solutions are best positioned to drive impact

  • Turn insights into sharp messaging, strong value props, and simple, compelling campaigns

  • Spot gaps in the market by tracking trends, unmet needs, and competitors, and surface new product ideas before others see them coming

  • Build the product pipeline from concept to launch, partnering closely with Product and R&D to guide decisions and priorities

  • Ensure every product drives measurable revenue, be it generating incremental sales pipeline or improvements to customer attach rate

  • Drive incremental pipeline and revenue through innovation, launches, and portfolio-level storytelling

  • Connect Product, R&D, Marketing, and Commercial so teams execute in sync and deliver outsized results

  • Run a consistent, well-oiled NPI process with tight cross-functional alignment and structured feedback loops with the market

  • Lead and grow a team that owns ambitious revenue goals

  • Foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and bias for impact

What We’re Looking For
  • 10–12+ years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, product strategy, or innovation roles within high-growth environments

  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills -- able to simplify complexity and influence at all levels

  • Proven ability to lead in ambiguity, build structure in white space, and drive alignment across teams

  • Proven success commercializing innovative products and driving meaningful business outcomes

  • Track record of leading, developing, and scaling teams of Product Marketers to drive measurable impact

  • Experience owning and marketing multi-product portfolios and navigating complexity

  • Strong cross-functional experience with Sales and Product, with accountability for adoption and commercial outcomes

  • Comfort operating in fast-growth, founder-led environments with high ambiguity and pace

  • Bias for action, test-and-learn mindset, high standards with low ego, and willingness to roll up sleeves

Why You’ll Love Working at Dandy
  • Opportunity to shape the future of digital dentistry and bring groundbreaking products to market, leveraging advanced technologies in manufacturing, AI, and CAD

  • High ownership, high visibility, and the ability to make a meaningful impact

  • Collaborative culture that encourages bold thinking
