  • Solution Packaging Mindset: Strong commercial acumen with a track record of guiding teams to package complex technical assets into scalable, reusable products (templates, accelerators, reference architectures).

  • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders, align diverse cross-functional teams, and drive product-led cultural change without direct authority over every department.

Technical Fluency (The Must-Haves)
  • Enterprise AI & Agentic Knowledge: Deep architectural understanding of designing and deploying AI Agents within complex, regulated environments. While you won't be writing production code daily, you must be able to confidently guide your team on Agentic Design Patterns, Responsible AI guardrails, and frameworks like LangChain or Semantic Kernel.

  • Enterprise Application Expertise: Extensive background in mission-critical enterprise application architecture, system integration (APIs, legacy systems), security, and complex release cycles.
