We’re looking for a hands-on, visionary Director of Product Marketing to shape the voice and go-to-market strategy for Zafran’s industry-leading Threat Exposure Management Platform. This is a role for builders and category creators- leaders who want to define an emerging space, inspire customers, and leave their mark on the cybersecurity landscape. You’ll thrive here if you’re endlessly curious, thrive in fast-moving environments, and balance the strategic mindset of a leader with the grit of a player-coach. Success in this role means blending deep security expertise, sharp storytelling, and empathy for customer pain points into a compelling market narrative that fuels growth and establishes Zafran as the clear leader in threat exposure management.

  • 6-8+ years of B2B product marketing experience with a proven track record in cybersecurity or enterprise software.
  • Strong domain expertise in security technologies and buyer personas (CISO, SecOps, etc).
  • Startup experience with a player/coach mindset, thriving in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with polished presentation ability for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality content quickly while maintaining accuracy and creativity.
  • Flexibility to collaborate effectively across U.S. and Israeli time zones.

At Zafran, people matter! We provide a robust benefits program that includes flexible PTO, health insurance plans (medical, dental, vision), a monthly stipend for phone and internet, 401k, flexible spending account, and a home office stipend when joining!

At Zafran, we’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We believe the best teams are built by people who think differently, come from all kinds of backgrounds, and aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo. We welcome everyone across race, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, national origin, and veteran status, because what matters most is what you bring to the table.

If you’re curious, fun, and someone who gets things done, we’d love to meet you
