We’re looking for a hands-on, visionary Director of Product Marketing to shape the voice and go-to-market strategy for Zafran’s industry-leading Threat Exposure Management Platform. This is a role for builders and category creators- leaders who want to define an emerging space, inspire customers, and leave their mark on the cybersecurity landscape. You’ll thrive here if you’re endlessly curious, thrive in fast-moving environments, and balance the strategic mindset of a leader with the grit of a player-coach. Success in this role means blending deep security expertise, sharp storytelling, and empathy for customer pain points into a compelling market narrative that fuels growth and establishes Zafran as the clear leader in threat exposure management.

About Zafran:

Our Mission: To stop the exploitation of vulnerabilities, everywhere.

What makes us different: Zafran de-risks 90% of critical vulnerabilities overnight across your hybrid environment and utilizes Agentic Capabilities and your existing security tools to rapidly mitigate and remediate the 10% most likely to be exploited.

Who’s behind us: Zafran is backed by Sequoia Capital, Cyberstarts, and a deep belief that cybersecurity should move as fast as attackers do. We’re one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry, scaling to meet demand from the world’s most advanced, security-obsessed organizations.

We’re serious about our mission- so expect work that matters, teammates who challenge and inspire you, and plenty of fun along the way!

What you will do:

  • Define market narrative: Own and refine product positioning, messaging frameworks, and differentiated value propositions that resonate with CISOs, security practitioners, and business leaders alike.
  • Lead Go-to-Market (GTM): Drive comprehensive GTM strategies for product launches and feature releases, orchestrating cross-functional teams (product, sales, customer success, demand gen, PR) to maximize adoption and pipeline impact.
  • Create high-impact content: Rapidly develop compelling assets including pitch decks, one-pagers, whitepapers, competitive battlecards, ROI calculators, blogs, and customer case studies that translate complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive stories.
  • Enable sales & partners: Build and deliver training, playbooks, and enablement collateral that equip sales and channel teams to confidently position against competitors, handle objections, and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Be the external voice: Represent the company with customers, prospects, analysts, and at industry events acting as a thought leader and evangelist for our vision of securing modern enterprises.
  • Stay ahead of the market: Continuously analyze industry trends, buyer behavior, and the competitive landscape, feeding insights back into product strategy and marketing campaigns to ensure we stay differentiated and relevant.
  • Champion the customer: Capture and amplify customer success stories, use cases, and testimonials to drive advocacy and build credibility in the market.
  • 6-8+ years of B2B product marketing experience with a proven track record in cybersecurity or enterprise software.
  • Strong domain expertise in security technologies and buyer personas (CISO, SecOps, etc).
  • Startup experience with a player/coach mindset, thriving in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with polished presentation ability for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality content quickly while maintaining accuracy and creativity.
  • Flexibility to collaborate effectively across U.S. and Israeli time zones.
