As the Director of Product Marketing at Avoma, you will lead the strategy and execution of our product marketing efforts. This is a pivotal role where you will own the product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy, ensuring that our products resonate with our target audience and drive user adoption.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to create compelling narratives that highlight the unique benefits of our solutions. Your leadership will guide the product marketing team to achieve ambitious growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with business goals and enhance the user experience.

  • Oversee the creation of impactful messaging and positioning for product launches and updates.

  • Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform go-to-market strategies and product development.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to create sales enablement tools, training programs, and resources that enhance selling effectiveness.

  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to evolve marketing strategies.

  • Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs within the product development process.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for B2B SaaS products.

  • Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.

  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Creative problem solver with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
