About Cyberbit

The Cyberbit Readiness platform builds high-performing SOC teams at everything from Government organizations and CNI to smaller companies deep in the supply chain. We run your defenders through cycles of team exercising, skills gap analysis and solo upskilling mapped to your risk. By testing and improving soft skills, incident processes, and technical capabilities against specific threats in a cloud-based range, you get confidence your team is ready, all backed by data. Delivered through an intuitive new UX and with packages for organizations of any size and maturity, cybersecurity readiness is now within reach for everyone. SOC leaders gain certainty in the speed and accuracy of their team’s response, and executives get confidence that critical assets are defended by a proven team.

In September 2025, Cyberbit acquired RangeForce, bringing together two category leaders in cyber readiness and hands-on cybersecurity training. Read more here: https://www.cyberbit.com/news/cyberbit-acquires-rangeforce/

The role

We’re looking for a product marketer who actually gets cybersecurity. Not someone who learned the space last month. Not someone who only knows how to “translate technical features into business value.” We need someone who understands SOCs, cyber teams, blue teams, incident response, readiness, and the day-to-day reality of defenders.

This role sits at the centre of everything: product, sales, customers, analysts, partners, content, launches, positioning, enablement, webinars, messaging, website, and market perception.

It’s strategic, but also deeply hands-on. You will:

  • write, present, and build decks
  • refine messaging
  • launch features
  • work directly with sales
  • challenge product teams
  • interview customers
  • host webinars
  • create enablement materials
  • shape how the market sees Cyberbit

You’ll probably be the kind of person who uses AI agents to speed up your own work because you hate wasting time on repetitive tasks. If you’ve built workflows, agents, automations, or AI copilots for your own productivity, will be considered as a huge plus.

What you’ll own

Messaging & positioning

  • Shape and evolve Cyberbit’s corporate and product messaging
  • Turn complex cybersecurity capabilities into narratives people actually understand
  • Differentiate Cyberbit clearly in a noisy cybersecurity market
  • Own positioning across products, audiences, and industries

Product launches & market communication

  • Lead go-to-market communication for new features and releases
  • Announce launches to customers, partners, analysts, media, and the market
  • Work closely with product and growth teams to make launches land

Sales enablement

  • Build materials sales teams genuinely want to use
  • Decks, battlecards, one-pagers, talk tracks, objection handling, demos, messaging frameworks
  • Help sales teams communicate value with confidence

Customer & partner marketing

  • Own customer stories, case studies, onboarding communication, and adoption messaging
  • Support partner communication and enablement
  • Help customers become advocates

Analyst relations

  • Build and manage relationships with analysts and industry influencers
  • Prepare briefings and ensure Cyberbit’s story is sharp and consistent

Internal collaboration

  • Be the connective tissue between Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership
  • Drive alignment across teams
  • Keep communication flowing in a fast-moving environment

External presence

  • Present internally and externally with confidence
  • Host webinars, customer sessions, partner events, and virtual presentations
  • Represent Cyberbit publicly in a credible, engaging way

Website & content direction

  • Influence website messaging and conversion flows
  • Partner with content and growth teams on strategic narratives and campaigns

Qualifications

Non-negotiables

  • Exceptional English, written and spoken
  • Real cybersecurity experience, background, knowledge
  • Strong product marketing background in B2B/enterprise SaaS: 7+ years in product or product marketing positions, with at least 3 of those years in cybersecurity
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly without sounding robotic
  • Know how to work with both product and sales teams
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills

You probably also…

  • know how SOC teams operate
  • can speak credibly with practitioners and executives alike
  • are comfortable getting deep into products and workflows
  • enjoy building things, not just managing agencies or reviewing docs
  • move fast and hate unnecessary process
  • use AI tools heavily in your own workflow
  • have built an AI agent, workflow, automation, or copilot for yourself or your team

Benefits

  • Fully remote environment with genuine trust for our employees
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance
  • Pension/401k
  • Strong focus on continuous learning and career growth
  • Equipment – company laptop, monitor, keyboard/mouse set

Why is this role interesting?

Cybersecurity readiness is a board-level issue.

AI is changing both attackers and defenders, while SOC teams are overwhelmed, and organizations need proof their teams are actually ready.

Cyberbit is building for that reality.

You’ll join at a moment where the company, platform, category, and market are all scaling fast — especially after the acquisition of RangeForce. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape not just the messaging, but the category itself.

And because we’re remote-first, we care much more about talent, ownership, clarity of thinking, and execution than where you happen to live.
