What will you be doing?

In this strategic role, you will champion learning and development initiatives that elevate our Media and Analytics teams. As a trusted partner, you’ll design and deliver impactful training programs that empower employees to master complex media and/or analytics concepts, tools and methodologies. Your expertise will drive engagement, foster continuous improvement, and ensure our workforce remains at the forefront of industry trends in media.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership & Advisory

  • Forge strong relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, providing expert guidance on learning strategies that support media market insights excellence.
  • Serve as a catalyst for organizational growth by aligning training initiatives with evolving business priorities and industry developments.

    Learning Program Design & Delivery

    • Lead/Develop the creation of innovative, high-impact learning experiences tailored to media and/or analytics, including eLearning, instructor-led sessions, and interactive workshops.
    • Utilize adult learning principles and cutting-edge technologies (AI, gamification, scenario-based learning) to maximize learner engagement and retention.

      Media Market Insights Expertise

        • Maintain deep subject matter expertise in media insights products, workflows, and analytics, ensuring training content is accurate, relevant, and actionable.
        • Translate complex media concepts—such as campaign measurement, optimization, and reporting—into accessible, engaging e-learning modules.

      Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

        • Partner with stakeholders across Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Commercial teams to anticipate shifts in the media and analytics landscape and proactively update training programs.
        • Foster a culture of feedback and innovation, regularly assessing program effectiveness and integrating new methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.

      Technology & Content Development

        • Responsible for the design and development of interactive eLearning modules using tools like Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Synthesia, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and instructional goals.
        • Leverage AI-driven solutions to efficiently produce robust, scalable training content.

      Team Leadership & Mentorship

        • Guide and mentor instructional designers, ensuring their work aligns with learning objectives, brand standards, and project timelines.
        • Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams to drive best-in-class learning experiences.

        Requirements

        • 5+ years of relevant experience in learning and development, technical training, program management, or product management within the media market insights industry.
        • Direct experience supporting media organizations, with hands-on knowledge of media workflows, analytics, and insights methodologies.
        • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, drive creative solutions, and foster commitment to shared goals.
        • Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for translating complex concepts into clear, engaging learning materials.
        • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and a passion for innovation.
        • Experience with eLearning development tools (Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Synthesia) is highly desirable

            The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $100,000.00 to $140,000.00.

            This job is also eligible for bonus pay.

            We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
