Permanent remote role, preferred candidate will be located in EST.

As a Director, Sales Channel & Affiliates, CP & ESG Corporate Tax, you will provide leadership to senior managers and high-level professionals, holding primary responsibility for the performance and results of your area of responsibility. Your role will involve driving strategic initiatives, fostering relationships with top-tier channel partners, and ensuring the alignment of sales activities with the organization's long-term goals. You will be a key player in shaping the future direction of our channel sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership to senior managers and high-level professionals within the Sales Channel/Affiliates area.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth through channel partnerships.
• Hold primary responsibility for the performance and results of your area of responsibility.
• Foster and maintain relationships with top-tier and strategic channel partners.
• Ensure alignment of sales activities with the organization's long-term goals.
• Lead high-level negotiations and discussions with key partners.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and partner activities.
• Analyze complex market and performance data to inform decision-making.
• Address and resolve critical issues impacting the organization and partners.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to shape the future direction of channel sales efforts.

Compensation:

$137,900.00 - $246,350.00 USD
This role is eligible for Commission.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.  Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location. Your recruiter can share more information about the specific offer for the job location during the hiring process.
