How you can make a difference:

- Coach and direct Sales teams to achieve or exceed monthly revenue goals.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on direct sales and account management strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities through the development of a strategic vision.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase sales.
- Field-based sales roles have fluidity between home, client location and office locations. The expectation is that you are primarily out in front of clients.
- Manage sales activity, pipeline progression, use of performance management policies and processes and provide regular reports.
- Direct the proposal process ensuring effective tracking of RFPs and supervising the development of NPV IRR data.
WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:
- Experience: Five or more years of sales leadership experience managing business accounts and sales teams; Experience achieving sales goals and executing tactical sales plans with an emphasis on overachievement in a telecommunications or technology company.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
- Technical skills: Expert in computer networking and fiber connected networks.
- Skills: Leadership, finance and English communication skills.
- Abilities: Deadline-driven with the ability to guide proposals of products and solutions for business class segments.
- Availability: Travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver's license.
Preferred qualifications:
- Familiar with Salesforce.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
