If you’re motivated by challenge, feedback, and the pursuit of excellence, you’ll thrive here.

About the Role

We're seeking to hire a Director for Sales Operations to partner with Americas Sales Leadership, working shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales Leadership and Organizational Execs to turn growth ambition into execution and results. You’ll own how the business runs day to day—driving the sales operating cadence, sharpening forecasts, inspecting pipeline and deals, and helping leaders make faster, better decisions.

You’ll focus on aiding with the advancement of our growth—through inspection, accountability, smarter processes, and use of tools like Salesforce, Clari, and PowerBI. You’ll lead a small, high-impact Sales Operations team with a strong operator mindset, partnering closely with Finance, Data, and Systems to deliver practical solutions that increase predictability, reduce friction, and help the business continue to scale.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a senior operating partner to Americas Sales Leadership, working side-by-side with Regional VPs to diagnose problems, frame tradeoffs, and drive decisions that improve execution, predictability, and results.

  • Design and run the Americas sales operating cadence, including forecasting, pipeline inspection, deal reviews, performance readouts, and QBRs—ensuring leaders focus on what matters most, not just what’s easiest to measure.

  • Translate strategy into action, helping GTM and Sales leaders move from “what we should do” to “what we are doing this quarter” with clear ownership and follow-through.

  • Drive decision-making under uncertainty, synthesizing imperfect data, surfacing risks early, and recommending a clear path forward rather than waiting for full precision.

  • Identify the biggest constraints to growth and productivity, then pragmatically solve them—whether through process changes, better inspection, improved tooling, or clearer accountability.

  • Lead and develop a small, high-impact Sales Operations team, modeling an operator mindset: ownership, bias to action, analytical rigor, and continuous improvement.

  • Partner closely with Finance, Business Applications, and Data teams, translating business questions into scalable solutions without overcomplicating the answer.

  • Leverage tools like Clari, Salesforce, and PowerBI as enablers—not ends in themselves—to surface risk, improve forecast accuracy, and reduce friction for sales leaders and sellers.

Basic Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, Consulting, Chief of Staff, Strategy & Operations, or a similar role in a fast-moving, metrics-driven environment.

  • 2+ years of people management.

  • Demonstrable experience navigating ambiguity.

  • Experience owning or supporting forecasting, pipeline inspection, performance management, or operating rhythms in a GTM or revenue organization.

  • Strong comfort with data analysis and financial modeling, including Excel-based analysis and structured problem solving.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Clari, and BI tools (PowerBI or Tableau preferred), or the ability to quickly get fluent.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with executives and various teams including Finance, Data, and Systems teams, translating business needs into practical solutions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in executive-level problem framing and recommendations.
