Job Description

As the Sales Ops & Enablement Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing enablement strategies to drive growth across CareBenefits, while directly managing the Sales Support Specialist and Events teams. In addition to management responsibilities, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of strong sales processes and procedures and for the delivery of product, process and soft skills training for CareBenefits Sales and Account Management (AM) teams. You will work closely with leaders across the organization, such as partners throughout Marketing, Product, and Communications organizations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead a team of Sales Support Specialists and Events Managers who are responsible for 1). Proposal support, creation, and distribution; 2). Opportunity routing/management; 3). Sales material support, presentation builds, personalized content; 4). Day-to-day sales process support and follow-up; 5). Salesforce opportunity and contact QA; 6). Salesforce sales process support; and 7). Events planning and execution
  • Successfully manage the development and delivery of all internal and external training and events, engaging business experts throughout the planning process
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to plan and execute Care’s Customer Advisory Board event; this includes oversight of event logistics and agenda/content development
  • Develop strategic initiatives to prepare the Sales and AM teams to best position and win in the market
  • Oversee all ongoing sales training and enablement efforts, including coordination with leadership on the scheduling and prioritization of sessions
  • Manage enablement content, tools, and resources, ensuring Sales/AMs can access all necessary materials at time of need
  • Establish and maintain a strong team culture, from onboarding new associates through ongoing team management and talent development

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience, including proven leadership success and experience in the caregiving and/or employee benefits space
  • Direct or indirect people management experience
  • Demonstrated ability of developing and executing effective training programs and enablement strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly build strong relationships with sales teams
  • Strategic thinker with the proven ability to develop and deliver innovative enablement strategies and programs
  • Experience in leading cross-functional projects
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Salary Range: $155,000-$170,000 + 15% Annual Bonus

The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives. In addition, Care.com provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
