Job Description

The Director Sales-US leads a high-performing sales team focused on driving growth and market share for a fast-paced, PE-backed SaaS software company serving the Manufacturing Technology sector. This role is responsible for developing and executing competitive sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our presence across the US market. As a key member of the leadership team, the Director Sales-US champions an AI-forward, results-driven culture, leveraging technology and data to accelerate success in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth and market expansion across the US.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed targets in a competitive SaaS environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive go-to-market initiatives and optimize the customer journey.
  • Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Champion the adoption of AI-driven sales tools and processes to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.
  • Hold team members accountable for pipeline growth, accurate forecasting, and achievement of bookings targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to promote brand awareness and thought leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Qualifications

 

Requirements / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive sales experience in SaaS or enterprise software, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience selling into the Manufacturing Technology sector or similar industrial verticals.
  • Demonstrated expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and achieving bookings targets.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools and data-driven sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

 

Preferences / Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working in a global, private equity-backed SaaS environment.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Prior success in scaling sales teams during periods of rapid growth or transformation.
  • Experience implementing or optimizing AI-driven sales strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-regional or global teams.

Additional Information

Revalize designates standard working hours as 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time (ET) for employees based in the United States and 08:00 to 17:00 Central European Time (CET) for employees operating within the EMEA region.
