The Role

As a Director/Senior Director of Sales at AiDASH, you will be the driving force behind transforming how utilities approach climate resilience and operational excellence. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for exceptional enterprise sales professionals who excel at selling a unique vision of the AiDASH PreventionFirst Platform to senior executives. In this role, you will originate and orchestrate complex enterprise deals that advance AiDASH's mission of Securing Tomorrow. You will help shape the future of critical infrastructure while delivering transformative value to our customers and to AiDASH.

Our pending acquisition by Schneider Electric will accelerate our mission as we bring our combined offering to our joint customer base and deliver bigger customer outcomes than we could on our own.

We're hiring across three sales pods at AiDASH, and we'll work with you to find the one that best fits your strengths and interests. The New Logo pod focuses on winning new customers, the Expansion pod grows our relationships with existing clients, and the Partner pod co-sells alongside our strategic partners.

Location: USA, Remote (near a major airport)

How you'll make an impact:

  • Champion AiDASH’s mission and vision, evangelizing our PreventionFirst Platform to executive leaders in the utility sector and positioning AiDASH as the indispensable partner for climate resilience
  • Win new, marquee logos through a sophisticated consultative sales approach, diagnosing executive-level business challenges and mapping them to AiDASH’s differentiated solutions
  • Drive multi-million dollar enterprise deals from origination through close, leveraging your executive presence and credibility to influence C-suite decision makers and build lasting relationships
  • Partner with existing customers to uncover and capitalize on new growth opportunities, including strategic upsells, cross-sells, and renewals, in close collaboration with Customer Success
  • Architect and execute comprehensive account and deal strategies, navigating complex buying processes and building coalitions of champions at every level of the customer organization
  • Set the standard for sales excellence by sharing your insights, best practices, and lessons learned, elevating the performance of the entire GTM team
  • Engage directly with customers in the field, traveling as needed (approximately 30%) to build trust, understand operational realities, and close high-value deals

What we're looking for:

  • 7-10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, including selling to VP-level and C-suite leaders in utility T&D operations
  • Strong track record of hitting or exceeding quota in high performing sales organizations
  • Elite consultative selling skills with a proven ability to engage, influence, and inspire senior executives and decision-makers in the utility sector
  • Relentless drive and hunger for exceeding ambitious sales targets—consistently outperforming quota in high-stakes, competitive environments
  • Passion for AiDASH’s mission of securing tomorrow, with the ability to articulate and sell a bold, differentiated PreventionFirst Platform vision
  • Exceptional first-principles thinking and problem-solving ability, enabling you to design and execute winning sales strategies for complex, enterprise-level deals
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and executive presence—commanding the room and building trust at all levels of the customer organization
  • Agility and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environment, adapting quickly and maintaining focus on results
  • High ownership mindset, low ego, and a collaborative spirit—eager to raise the bar for yourself and your team
  • Insatiable curiosity and coachability, always seeking to learn, grow, and refine your craft as a sales professional

What you'll love:

  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage: 100% coverage for employees and 80% for their spouses and children
  • Health Reimbursement Account (HRA): 100% funded by AiDASH to cover medical deductibles
  • 401(k) Plan: Begin contributing after two months of employment to prepare for your future. Currently, no company match is offered
  • Parental Leave: Supportive parental leave with 16 weeks for primary caregivers and 4 weeks for secondary caregivers
  • Generous Vacation Policy: Accrue 20 vacation days per year, plus enjoy an additional flex holiday to celebrate whatever feels most important to you!
  • Winter Break: From December 25th through January 1st, we give everyone time off to recharge and enjoy time with family and friends!

We are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. We are committed to embracing diversity and inclusion in our hiring practices, and we promote a work environment where everyone, from any race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin, can do their best work.

We offer a competitive annual pay range of $320,000 to $400,000 for this full-time position, which includes a base salary and commission based on performance. This range reflects the anticipated annual pay range (base + commission) for new hires. We strive to ensure our compensation packages are equitable and aligned with industry standards.
