Director of Strategic Partnerships (Enterprise Growth)
Location: Flexible / Hybrid
Compensation: Base + Uncapped Commission + Potential Equity

Overview
We’re looking for a seasoned relationship-builder and dealmaker who thrives on creating and expanding partnerships with enterprise-level organizations. This role is ideal for someone already deeply connected in the enterprise ecosystem — from large local service companies to private equity firms and corporate groups that invest in or partner with such businesses.
You’ll own the enterprise partnership strategy end-to-end — identifying opportunities, closing deals, and building long-term relationships that drive meaningful revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and secure new enterprise partnerships aligned with company growth objectives.

  • Build and manage C-suite relationships across large service organizations, PE-backed portfolio companies, and strategic channel partners.

  • Design and execute partnership strategies that open new revenue streams and expand our market footprint.

  • Lead deal structuring, negotiation, and onboarding for new partners.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure partnership success and ROI.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and private equity forums.

Ideal Background

  • 8–15 years in business development, enterprise partnerships, or B2B sales, ideally within tech-enabled services, SaaS, or growth consulting.

  • Existing executive-level relationships within enterprise local service companies, PE firms, or large local operators.

  • Proven track record of closing multi-year strategic deals and navigating complex corporate structures.

  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, partnership economics, and value-based selling.

  • Confident communicator — comfortable leading high-stakes C-suite discussions and influencing outcomes.

What Success Looks Like

  • High-value partnerships driving measurable enterprise revenue within the first 6+ months.

  • Expanded network of PE and corporate partners actively referring or co-investing in opportunities.

  • Recognition as a trusted connector and growth driver both internally and in the market.

Why Join Us

  • Uncapped commission structure — your earnings grow with your impact.

  • Unlimited PTO — we care about outcomes, not hours.

  • Comprehensive benefits — health, dental, and vision coverage.

  • Equity opportunity for the right candidate — share in the upside you help create.

  • High autonomy, high trust environment with direct access to executive leadership.
