Job Overview
Arm is looking for a Senior Strategic Sales Manager to drive sales engagement and foster long-term collaborations across a portfolio of named Cloud AI and Datacenter accounts, including hyperscalers, cloud service providers, AI-native infrastructure companies, digital platform leaders, storage and networking innovators, and next-generation silicon partners developing Arm-based solutions.
This is a senior individual contributor role passionate about advancing adoption of Arm-based technologies across cloud infrastructure, AI training and inference platforms, datacenter systems, custom silicon initiatives, and heterogeneous compute environments. Of the target accounts, some are early-stage or underpenetrated, so the role requires proactive business development, executive relationship creation, multi-threaded account planning, and disciplined opportunity progression.
You will operate at the crossroads of advanced compute, infrastructure strategy, and commercial delivery. The position demands active interaction with customer executives, architects, infrastructure leaders, and silicon teams, along with close cooperation with Arm Field Applications Engineers, business units, product management, engineering, ecosystem, and marketing groups.
As a senior commercial leader, you will turn Arm's architectural expertise into lasting, valuable customer partnerships. You will secure strategic design wins and encourage long-term platform use within key Cloud AI and Datacenter accounts in North America.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic account initiatives and support business development.
  • Identify and cultivate new possibilities in accounts with low market presence.
  • Build trusted senior-level relationships.
  • Identify and cultivate AI and Datacenter opportunities.
  • Articulate Arm's differentiated value and platform solutions.
  • Coordinate internal resources to drive account success.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecast within the field.
  • Stay ahead of trends and sharpen customer positioning.

What Success Looks Like
Success in this role will include:
  • Building and accomplishing strong account plans across named strategic accounts
  • Crafting a qualified pipeline and generating new opportunities in priority accounts
  • Establishing executive and technical relationships in underpenetrated and high-potential customers
  • Advancing opportunities through coordinated commercial and technical engagement
  • Driving build wins, platform adoption, and long-term strategic relationships
  • Operating effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed environment with strong forecast rigor

Required Skills and Experience
  • 10+ years of enterprise, strategic account, or business development experience.
  • Strong understanding of hyperscale and cloud architectures, AI workloads, and datacenter infrastructure.
  • Built strong connections with cloud service providers and AI platform companies.
  • Experience working with CPUs, AI accelerators, DPUs, SoCs, and custom silicon.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Outstanding communication, influence, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven success operating in a matrixed environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field.

Nice to Have
  • Experience collaborating with hyperscalers or major cloud service providers.
  • Familiarity with Arm architecture and datacenter silicon.
  • Experience working with AI infrastructure and custom silicon initiatives.
  • Global account experience or coordination with international teams.
  • MBA or advanced technical degree.
