The Director, Strategy (Post Sale Delivery) is a senior departmental leader responsible for driving strategic excellence across all delivery work for enterprise-level clients. This role ensures seamless, data-backed, end-to-end strategy implementation across services, including influencer marketing, owned channels, content, experiential, and integrated programs.

This leader owns the strategy once the deal is sold, partnering closely with pre-sale Strategy counterparts to deeply understand the vision, commitments, and scope. They establish early trust with clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless handover and maintain strategic integrity throughout delivery.

Working hand-in-hand with Client Services, Operations, and Business Intelligence, the Director ensures that every program is executed with precision, backed by insights, and optimized for measurable success. They are responsible for translating performance signals and market data into meaningful strategic direction, ongoing optimizations, QBR narratives, upsell opportunities, and long-term growth strategies.

The Director leads a team of strategists across client portfolios, maintaining a pulse on the day-to-day while simultaneously shaping the big picture—setting strategic standards, elevating team capability, and reinforcing our position as an innovative, data-led, social-first partner to the world’s leading brands.

What You'll Do Here:

Strategic Leadership & Post-Sale Excellence

  • Own end-to-end strategic delivery across enterprise-level client programs, ensuring all work is aligned to client objectives and grounded in data.
  • Partner closely with pre-sale strategists to understand what was sold, ensuring seamless transitions and maintaining strategic continuity from pitch to execution.
  • Serve as the strategic anchor during onboarding and throughout delivery, establishing strong relationships with clients and guiding long-term strategic direction.
  • Lead the development, optimization, and execution of integrated marketing strategies across influencer, social, content, and experiential services.

Cross-Functional Collaboration with Operations, Client Services & BI

  • Work in close partnership with Client Services and Business Intelligence to ensure all strategies are measurable, insight-driven, and tied to meaningful KPIs.
  • Partner with BI to define measurement frameworks, interpret performance data, craft QBR insights, and surface strategic growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Operations on scoping, resourcing, prioritization, and process optimization across multiple verticals, categories, and workstreams.
  • Ensure that BI outputs are appropriately translated into clear strategic recommendations and executive-ready narratives.
  • Streamline cross-functional communication to ensure flawless execution and alignment across all service lines.

Team Leadership, Enablement & Strategic Standards

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of strategists supporting enterprise portfolios across multiple categories.
  • Maintain oversight of day-to-day strategy execution while also guiding long-term strategic direction and innovation.
  • Build frameworks, tools, and standards that elevate strategic output across delivery teams.
  • Provide thought leadership, training, and capability development that strengthens strategic maturity across the organization.

Data-Backed Insights, Narrative Development & Growth

  • Work closely with BI to interpret data and performance trends, transforming insights into actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Lead your team in the development of compelling, data-backed narratives for QBRs, strategic roadmaps, and optimization recommendations.
  • Identify expansion opportunities, whitespace, and long-term growth pathways for clients—grounded in business objectives, performance data, and market trends.
  • Partner with Client Services and BI to build strong upsell and renewal strategies, influencing client decision-making with strategic clarity and confidence.
  • Serve as a senior strategic advisor to client executives, translating complex challenges into innovative, actionable solutions.

Enterprise-Level Strategic Execution & Operational Expertise

  • Oversee strategic delivery across complex, multi-stakeholder accounts, ensuring consistency, quality, and business impact.
  • Manage cross-team resourcing and workflow orchestration across multiple verticals, categories, and service offerings.
  • Ensure all strategic outputs meet the highest standards of rigor, innovation, operational feasibility, and measurability.
  • Navigate ambiguity with confidence, providing clear direction, strategic judgment, and proactive problem-solving across teams.

You'll Need To Have:

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, integrated marketing, social, content, or influencer within an agency environment.
  • Experience leading strategic delivery for enterprise-level clients across multiple verticals.
  • Strong experience partnering with Business Intelligence teams to drive insights-led strategy and performance measurement.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire strategists in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive storytelling skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn data into strategic decisions, compelling narratives, and client-ready recommendations.
  • Operational expertise with experience managing complex workflows, resourcing, and multi-team collaboration.
  • Business-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth, innovation, and strategic excellence.
