Wodify is seeking a technical, strategic leader with experience in the fitness or wellness industry to build and scale our Product-Led Services (PLS) organization. This role oversees two customer-impacting teams: Wodify Sites and Business Success. You will create and execute a services strategy that improves customer ROI, accelerates product adoption, strengthens retention, and supports future monetization opportunities.

The ideal candidate blends technical expertise, service design, GTM thinking, and a deep understanding of how fitness businesses operate.

What You’ll DoLead and Evolve Wodify Sites
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality fitness websites built on Duda using modern, conversion-optimized templates
  • Ensure all sites are SEO-friendly, mobile-optimized, and integrated tightly with Wodify’s lead forms, Sales Portal, Schedules, and coaches API
  • Drive continuous optimization using customer analytics and monthly reporting
  • Provide branding support for customers who need help developing their visual identity
  • Maintain strong differentiation from competitors (Big Little Gyms, Kilo, 321Go) by delivering a premium, stress-free website experience at an accessible price
Lead Business Success & Technical Solutions
  • Architect workflows, dashboards, reporting, and automation solutions that help gyms grow revenue and retain members
  • Standardize service offerings and create scalable templates
  • Build a services intake and referral motion with CS, Sales, and AM teams
  • Ensure business Success drives measurable improvements in customer outcomes
Drive Product Adoption & Customer Value
  • Use services to accelerate adoption of complex product features
  • Partner with Product to share insights and help shape the roadmap
  • Turn customer successes into repeatable playbooks and packaged offerings
  • Define the Professional Services product portfolio across websites, marketing automations, and integrations, including standard packages, service tiers, add-ons, and pricing strategies that align with Wodify’s broader business objectives.
  • Conduct ongoing market, customer, and competitive research to understand what gym owners need, how they buy, and where product led services can differentiate and drive revenue.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for launching or updating service offerings, in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Maintain a clear roadmap for new and enhanced services, aligning what the services team can deliver with what the market demands.
Operational & Financial Leadership
  • Manage the budget and monetization strategy for the Website and Business Success Teams
  • Manage capacity planning, quality control, and efficient delivery processes
  • Build and develop a high-performing technical and creative team
Who You Are
  • 10+ years in SaaS in roles such as technical services, solutions consulting, product operations, or sales engineering
  • 3 - 5 years of experience leading people and their teams
  • Experience in the fitness, wellness, or boutique studio industry
  • Strong technical skills (data modeling, workflow design, reporting logic, integrations, automation)
  • Demonstrated ability to package and scale service offerings
  • Skilled at cross-functional collaboration across Product, CS, Sales, Support, and Marketing
  • Customer-obsessed, analytical, and able to think strategically while executing tactically
  • A builder comfortable shaping new processes, teams, and offerings
