Our group drives Windows Consumer Retail Strategy across US and Canada, including Line Logic, Assortment, P&L, programs and investments to deliver unit growth YOY and share gain vs Mac and Chrome. 

Your role will be to own, drive and execute Windows Consumer Strategy and Plan at retail in North America.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Category strategy for Windows at Retail, driving P&L and working across Retail, OEM, Silicon partners
  • Align Strategy, Assortment, Programs & Investments across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the plans map to YOY Units growth and share gain vs Mac and Chrome
  • Lead, hiring and slate plan for a hire performing team of Senior Category Managers acros US & Ca, leveraging Model, Coach & Care
  • Drive transformation on the ROB, Programs, Investments and performance management of the Windows Consumer business in NA,leveraging AI
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, WW and Finance teams to align strategy, plans, execution and performance insights 

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 6+ years category management, product management, marketing strategy, business planning, product planning, or related work experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 8+ years category management, product management, marketing strategy, business planning, product planning, or related work experience
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, Engineering, or related field AND 12+ years category management, product management, marketing strategy, business planning, product planning, or related work experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years experience managing and expanding a category, attaining sales and profitability targets, and leading complex projects (e.g., large-scale or multi-year projects for multi-national or matrixed organizations) with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales management, finance) OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years people management experience.

Category Management M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
