The Role:
We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated DMS IT Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, dealerships, and IT teams to support the Dealer Management System (DMS) and enhance the dealer experience. You'll partner with internal customers to understand business needs, facilitate requirements-gathering and solution workshops, and translate business objectives into effective technology solutions. Working across multiple IT teams, you'll support the design, testing, implementation, and ongoing optimization of DMS applications, helping to drive successful project delivery, user adoption, process improvements, and continuous business value for the dealer network and TMHNA. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with users to evaluate opportunities to implement or improve products, channels, service, and operations. Gather and analyze business requirements, translate requirements into recommendations, and implement solutions to meet business objectives.
- Maintain detailed working knowledge of various business processes and related system applications to provide technical and operational guidance to Centra business area staff and management. Research vendor offerings that may benefit the business areas.
- Support the development, configuration, testing, and implementation of business applications and the other core system. Provide application training as required.
- Conduct research and make recommendations on software applications and core system enhancements and changes, in support of business operations.
- Work with business partners to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs
- Understand the customer journey and define user requirements.
- Engage with business partners and influence project decisions;
- Assess the risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands.
- Promote architectural consistency and usability standards; define and execute test cases.
- Identify opportunities for business-led delivery; coach employees to make use of technology and information.
- Demonstrated knowledge of both traditional Waterfall and Agile/Lean methodologies
- Experience in converting business requirements and functional requirements to use cases, epics, and user stories with acceptance criteria
- Demonstrated ability to quantify resource requirements and measure and communicate proposed project benefits
- Strong risk assessment, problem resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability to engage both developers and business
- Understands business drivers and business capabilities (future and current state) and determines corresponding enterprise system designs and change requirements to drive the organization's targeted business outcomes.
- Understands emerging technology trends and disruptions and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models.
- Translates business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives and documents all solution architecture design and analysis work.
- Analyzes the technology industry, competitors and market trends, and determines their potential impact on the enterprise.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or a related field is required.
- 10+ years of related experience is required.
- Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint
- Application Management experience

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:
Salary - $94,020 - $120,540 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
