  • Get excited about gathering feedback, spotting patterns, and championing the needs of users to product teams.
  • Love representing a mission-driven product and aren’t afraid to jump into conferences, community spaces, and lively discussions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Create and maintain a vibrant, engaged digital and in-person community of K-3 stakeholders who champion Superfonik.
  • Develop and implement outreach programs, webinars, and school-based initiatives to increase awareness and adoption.
  • Establish and grow partnerships with key organizations, literacy organizations, educator groups, and parent associations focused on K-3 reading.
  • Represent Superfonik at educational conferences, literacy events, and within relevant online educator and parent communities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product, Research, and Marketing teams to gather critical user feedback, articulate the needs of our community, and inform the future development of Superfonik features and resources.
  • Develop and curate community-focused resources (FAQs, guides, short videos) that help users understand how to get the most out of Superfonik.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in community management, education marketing, educator outreach, or a related role.
  • Direct experience in K-3 literacy instruction, curriculum development, or a strong professional background demonstrating a deep understanding of the Science of Reading.
  • Proven success in establishing and scaling an engaged community, digital network, or successful ambassador/influencer program.
  • An established professional network within the US K-3 educator, literacy specialist, or parent advocacy communities is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate educational research into accessible, compelling content for diverse audiences (teachers, parents, administrators).
  • A genuine passion for foundational literacy, child development, and the unique intersection of research-based instruction and digital, playful learning.

Nice to Haves

  • Familiarity with software development - ability to speak the language between technology and education.

About the Process

  • You’ll get an email response confirming we’ve received your application, and we’ll let you know within a few weeks if we’d like to schedule a follow-up.
  • If you’re moving ahead, we’ll book a call to learn more about your experience.
  • If that goes well, we’ll send you a short homework assignment to get a better feel for your skillset.
  • If the assignment goes well, we’ll book an interview with you and the hiring team to dive deeper prior to making a final call.
