You’ll crush this role if you bring a strong legal and litigation support background, with hands-on experience in the preparation of legal documents for both court filing and service of process. You have a deep understanding of court filing requirements and procedures across multiple jurisdictions, paired with 3+ years of experience in a customer service-oriented or legal documentation role. Your technical experience includes eFiling through platforms such as LegalConnect, One Legal, and other direct eFiling portals, as well as working within Legal CMS platforms that support service of process, court filings, copy jobs, and eFiling workflows. You've collaborated with legal support vendors, affiliates, and process servers to ensure the accurate and timely fulfillment of court and filing assignments. A natural communicator, you're equally at ease engaging with clients, vendors, and colleagues at every level of an organization — and you bring the organizational discipline and attention to detail needed to work through complex, multi-step processes efficiently and accurately.
