Job Description

Evergreen Innovation Group, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking an experienced Electrical QAQC Manager to join our Modular team to lead manufacturing quality assurance and quality control operations by establishing strategy, governance, and oversight of QA/QC programs across production environments. They will ensure regulatory compliance and product conformance by directing audits, certifications, and third-party inspections. They will strengthen organizational quality capability by developing teams, refining quality systems, and aligning quality objectives with operational priorities. Finally, they will maintain independence from production execution while partnering closely with operations leadership to mitigate risk and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:   

 

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Leads QA/QC operations by managing quality teams, setting priorities, and ensuring consistent application of quality standards across manufacturing environments. 

  • Directs internal, external, and third-party audits, inspections, and certifications, ensuring readiness, compliance, and timely resolution of findings. 

  • Oversees the development, maintenance, and governance of QA/QC manuals, inspection plans, forms, and controlled documentation. 

  • Partners with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to identify systemic quality risks and implement corrective and preventive actions. 

  • Interprets drawings, specifications, and design changes to resolve quality issues and communicate impacts to quality and production stakeholders. 

  • Ensures compliance with applicable industry standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements through effective monitoring and reporting. 

  • Develops, mentors, and evaluates QA/QC leadership and inspection staff, fostering accountability, capability growth, and consistent execution. 

 

Required Skills and Abilities   

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills for fostering effective relationships with teams and stakeholders. 

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. 

  • Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and specialized quality specifications for advanced technology and data centers. 

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic construction environment and interacting directly with trade contractors on the jobsite. 

 

Education and Experience   

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, quality, or a related field, or equivalent experience required. 

  • 7 – 10 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within manufacturing, prefabrication, or construction environments required. 

  • 3 – 5 years of experience leading QA/QC teams, audits, or quality management systems required. 

  • Industry-recognized quality or inspection certification (for e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Certified Welding Inspector, ISO Lead Auditor) preferred. 

This position is located in Surprise, AZ. The position does offer relocation assistance.
