Manage and execute email and SMS lifecycle campaigns (Klaviyo/Postscript), including segmentation, A/B testing, personalization, campaign calendars, performance analysis, and cross-team collaboration to drive retention and revenue across multiple DTC brands.

We’re looking for a data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to help grow revenue through email and SMS channels (Klaviyo and Postscript). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building lifecycle campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving customer retention across multiple DTC brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute email and SMS marketing strategies that drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Manage segmentation, campaign builds, and automated flows throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Analyze post-send performance (open rates, CTRs, revenue per recipient, deliverability) and apply insights to improve future campaigns.
- Maintain and optimize campaign calendars to ensure timely and consistent communication across brands.
- Personalize messaging using customer data and behavior to improve conversions and retention.
- Collaborate with Brand, Creative, and Tech teams to ensure campaigns align with overall business goals.
Requirements
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with email/SMS platforms (Klaviyo & Postscript preferred).
- Proven ability to build and optimize lifecycle flows and campaigns that drive retention and revenue.
- Strong knowledge of segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization strategies.
- Copywriting and visual direction skills for high-performing email/SMS creatives.
- Familiarity with popup and list-building tools (e.g., Justuno, OptiMonk, Privy).
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and clear, proactive communication.
- A dual-monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
- Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
