About the Fellowship
The Engineering Fellowship is designed for students and early-career builders interested in AI, backend engineering, cloud systems, and modern software delivery.
Fellows may contribute to internal tools, technical research, AI workflow prototypes, cloud architecture concepts, backend design exercises, and client-readiness materials.
This is a hands-on opportunity to work close to the early development of a premium technology consulting firm.
What You May Work On
Researching AI, backend, cloud, and infrastructure trends
Building or supporting internal tools and automation workflows
Exploring LLM-powered workflows and agent concepts
Supporting technical briefs and engineering documentation
Prototyping backend or cloud-related ideas
Helping prepare internal technical materials for future client work
What We Look For
Interest in software engineering, AI, backend systems, or cloud infrastructure
Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or similar languages
Curiosity about AWS, cloud architecture, APIs, automation, or LLM tools
Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly
Strong ownership, reliability, and attention to detail
Portfolio, GitHub, class projects, or personal projects are a plus

Eligibility: This fellowship is intended for current university students and recent graduates only.
