About Our Company:
At Patch My PC, we exist to improve lives. What started as a free tool to keep apps updated has grown into a trusted enterprise solution that helps IT and Security teams automate, manage, deploy, and report on third-party updates in Microsoft ConfigMgr, Intune, and WSUS. Our fully remote crew of 150 GIF-loving humans supports over 9,000 customers and more than 29 million devices. We make patching easier, boost security, and give IT teams their time back.
Our core values guide how we work, how we treat each other, and how we grow. They keep us focused on what matters most. We're here to improve the lives of our customers, our team members, and our communities.
About this Role
We are hiring our first Enterprise Account Director to help us build and scale our motion with the largest enterprises in the world including Fortune 250 organizations and the largest users of Intune and Configuration Manager. This role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and is an individual contributor position.
This is a foundational role: you will own a portfolio of strategic target accounts, lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales and expansion cycles, and partner closely with our CRO, CEO, CTO, and Channel Partner Managers. You should be equally comfortable in a technical discussion with endpoint engineers and a strategic conversation with CISOs, Directors of Infrastructure, or Heads of End-User Computing.
This is not a “hard sell” culture. We win by being trusted advisers, deeply understanding customer environments, and clearly articulating the value and risk reduction Patch My PC provides.
Responsibilities:
- Key Responsibilities Include:
- Own a focused list of enterprise target accounts (e.g., Fortune 250 / largest Intune and ConfigMgr estates) from first engagement through closed-won and expansion.
- Lead complex buying cycles with multiple stakeholders (security, endpoint management, infrastructure, procurement, finance).
- Drive new logo acquisition and device growth in enterprise accounts, including multi-year agreements where appropriate.
- Partner with the CEO/CTO to set up and lead executive-level meetings that explore customer needs, industry direction, and Patch My PC’s roadmap.
- Build and maintain account plans for each strategic account, including org maps, opportunity maps, risk plans, and expansion paths.
- Run structured QBRs and executive touchpoints with key customers.
- Ensure a high-quality hand-off and ongoing collaboration with Customer Success to drive adoption, satisfaction, and renewals.
- Work closely with Channel Partner Managers and strategic partners (resellers, MSPs, distributors) on co-selling, deal registration, and joint account planning.
- Support partners in positioning Patch My PC effectively in enterprise pursuits, ensuring our advisory tone and technical credibility are preserved.
- Actively use and provide feedback on the Salesforce-based Partner Portal and partner programs.
- Collaborate with Marketing and the CRO to execute ABM plays targeting top enterprise accounts and key personas (CISO, VP Infrastructure, Endpoint Management leaders, etc.).
- Contribute to persona-based messaging, campaigns, and content by sharing customer insights and enterprise buying patterns.
- Work with outbound resources (internal or partner BDR/SDR capacity) to prioritize accounts, refine sequences, and improve conversion from engagement to meeting.
- Help define and refine the Enterprise AM playbook (discovery, qualification, multi-threading, QBRs, deal reviews, and forecasting).
- Share best practices and coach other AMs and GTM team members as we build a broader enterprise-ready account management function.
- Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering on enterprise requirements, use cases, and blockers.
