Description du poste Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) chargé(e) de comptes Entreprise pour contribuer au développement et à la croissance d’un territoire défini. Il s’agit d’un rôle de vente actif et concret où vous vous concentrerez sur la prospection, le développement du pipeline de ventes et la conclusion d’occasions d’affaires, tout en soutenant l’expansion des comptes existants.   • Exécuter un plan de territoire axé sur l’acquisition de nouveaux clients et la croissance des comptes au sein d’un portefeuille de comptes défini.

  • Développer, gérer et faire progresser un pipeline de ventes qualifié, incluant les occasions d’affaires que vous générez directement ainsi que celles soutenues par les partenaires de distribution.

  • Travailler au sein d’organisations clientes complexes en identifiant les principales parties prenantes, en établissant des relations solides et en collaborant avec des décideurs de niveau supérieur à mesure que votre expérience évolue.

  • Soutenir et diriger les interactions avec les clients tout au long des étapes de découverte, d’évaluation, d’élaboration de propositions et d’alignement des solutions, avec l’appui des ingénieurs commerciaux et de la direction.

  • Élaborer et présenter des propositions claires axées sur la valeur qui démontrent comment la plateforme Cohesity répond aux besoins des clients en matière de sécurité, de résilience et d’exploitation.

  • Collaborer étroitement avec les partenaires de distribution et les alliances technologiques (notamment NVIDIA, IBM, HPE et AWS) afin de soutenir l’exécution des ventes et d’accroître la portée sur le marché.

  • Maintenir un suivi précis des occasions d’affaires et des prévisions de ventes, et contribuer à l’atteinte constante des objectifs trimestriels.

  • Expérience démontrée de la vente auprès des équipes de sécurité de l’information et de cybersécurité, ainsi que de la collaboration avec celles-ci. Solide compréhension des cadres de sécurité d’entreprise et des normes de conformité, avec la capacité d’aligner les solutions sur les exigences des clients en matière de sécurité et de gestion des risques.

  • Approche axée sur le client et fort intérêt pour la cybersécurité et la protection des données, particulièrement en ce qui concerne les rançongiciels et la reprise après sinistre.

  • Expérience éprouvée dans la vente de solutions technologiques d’entreprise, idéalement dans les domaines de l’infrastructure, du SaaS ou de marchés connexes.

  • Feuille de route démontrant la réussite dans l’acquisition de nouveaux clients et le développement de comptes existants.

We’re seeking an Account Executive to help develop and grow a defined territory. This is an active, hands‑on sales role where you’ll focus on prospecting, building pipeline, and closing opportunities, while also supporting the expansion of existing accounts. You’ll work in a fast‑moving space within enterprise technology—data security and AI‑powered resilience—gaining exposure to complex customer needs and high‑impact solutions.​

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
  • Execute a territory plan focused on net‑new logo acquisition and account growth across a defined set of accounts​

  • Build, manage, and progress a qualified sales pipeline, including opportunities you source directly and those supported through channel partners​

  • Work within complex customer organizations by identifying key stakeholders, building relationships, and engaging with senior decision‑makers as your experience grows​

  • Support and lead customer engagements through discovery, evaluation, proposal development, and solution alignment, with guidance from Sales Engineers and leadership​

  • Develop and deliver clear, value‑based proposals that connect Cohesity’s platform to customer security, resilience, and operational needs​

  • Collaborate closely with channel partners and technology alliances (including NVIDIA, IBM, HPE, and AWS) to support deal execution and expand market reach​

  • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting, and contribute to consistent quarterly performance​

  • Share customer insights and competitive feedback with the wider sales and product teams to support continuous improvement​

WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
  • Demonstrated experience selling into and partnering with Information Security / Cybersecurity teams, with a strong understanding of enterprise security frameworks, compliance standards, and the ability to align solutions to customer security and risk requirements​

  • A customer‑focused mindset and strong interest in cybersecurity and data protection, especially ransomware and recovery​

  • Proven experience selling enterprise technology solutions, ideally within infrastructure, SaaS, or adjacent markets​

  • Evidence of success contributing to net‑new customer acquisition and growing existing accounts​

  • Foundational understanding of data security and backup technologies, with a willingness to deepen technical knowledge ​

  • Familiarity with Cohesity solutions (DataProtect, DataHawk, SmartFiles) is a plus​

  • Exposure to platforms such as NetBackup, Backup Exec, or InfoScale is helpful but not required​

  • Comfort working with channel partners, with an interest in developing co‑selling skills​

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to customers and internal stakeholders​

  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve productivity, organization, and sales effectiveness​

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience​

  • Professional English language proficiency for customer and internal communication​

  • Willingness to travel as required​

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, pension - RRSP, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

Pay Range :

$264,000.00-$330,000.00

The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.

Current pay transparency shows the OTE (On-Target Earnings) for commission-based roles.
