monday.com is seeking a talented and driven Enterprise Account Executive responsible for developing new business in the Emerging Markets - specifically GCC (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE)) regions. You’ll join our Consulting Team based in Tel Aviv, Israel, and play a crucial role in expanding our footprint in these territories.

About The Role
  • Quotas: This is a quota-carrying position focused on the GCC region.
  • Sales Cycle: Own the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities to closing deals.
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships with key stakeholders in local markets.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements.
  • Customer ROI: Utilize a comprehensive understanding of the monday.com solution to connect offerings to customer ROI.
  • Opportunity Generation: outbound pipeline generation.
  • Escalation Point: Act as an escalation point of contact for relationship and commercial issues.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Develop strategies and coordinate support to help customers maximize the value from the monday.com solution.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive in a SaaS company – required.
  • Demonstrated success in managing the entire sales cycle: from lead generation, demo, and contracts – required.
  • Successfully sold into the Middle East region - must
  • High level region specific language skills (ex: Arabic) - big advantage
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and managing legal discussions.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at multiple levels within client organizations.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills, with the ability to establish credibility with executives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, adaptable, curious, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, startup environment.
