We are looking for a Senior Solution Engineer to be the technical engine behind our sales organization, providing the expertise and leadership required to navigate our most complex, high-value deals.
As a Solution Engineer at monday.com, you will play a critical role in helping our potential and existing customers realize the full strategic value of our platform. By combining deep product expertise with a consultative understanding of SaaS ecosystems, you will provide the technical leadership necessary to guide customers through the sales journey and solve their most pressing business challenges.
We are looking for experienced individuals who can help establish our team’s methodologies and streamline our sales processes. You will be a strategic partner within the organization, working closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services to ensure our customers succeed at scale.
About The Role- Partner with the sales team to provide technical leadership to our customers and prospective customers
- Develop deep product expertise to act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your technical insight to solve complex business challenges during the sales process.
- Lead technical demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs) that clearly showcase the platform’s value to both prospective and existing customers.
- You will assist in crafting Sales Pitches with sales managers and providing value-add solutions for customers.
- You will play a key role in our enterprise sales cycles by providing technical expertise for security discussions and helping our team deliver standout RFP responses.
- 6+ years in Solution engineer/Pre-Sales Engineering/Consulting role (or similar) in a SaaS environment
- Business proficiency in Hebrew and English
- A deep technical curiosity for how IT systems work in a business context
- Great communication and customer facing skills
- Ability to deliver world-class demonstrations and presentations
- Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience
- Business process mapping skills
- Exceptional teamwork capabilities
- Strong problem solving skills
- Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance workflows and solve complex business problems.
- Experience responding to technical questions and security requirements from customers
- Advantage: Experience collaborating with partners to support and scale the technical sales cycle.
- Advantage: Experience with software for CRM, ITSM, Whiteboard or Software development.
