What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience
  • 6+ months of experience working with customers

Skills
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Persuasive presentation skills to address objections and close sales
  • Commitment to high-quality customer service
  • Competitive drive to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals
  • Strong organizational skills and solid work ethic
  • Adaptable interpersonal and sales approach for each customer

  • Familiarity with Windows or Apple operating systems, internet browsers and email applications

Preferred Qualifications
Education
  • Some college or college degree preferred

Experience
  • 6+ months of call center employment preferred
  • 6+ months of commission-based sales experience preferred
  • 6+ months of working with a computerized system as a core part of the job function preferred
