  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Facilitate discussions with business leaders to prioritize initiatives and define roadmaps.
  • Provide strategic guidance on platform capabilities, enhancements, and future investments.

Delivery & Team Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution delivery from concept through implementation and adoption.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of Salesforce professionals, including offshore resources.
  • Oversee vendor and consulting partner engagements when required.
  • Drive successful execution of platform initiatives while balancing business priorities and technical requirements.

Enterprise Transformation, Innovation & Cross-Platform Partnership

  • Ensure enterprise initiatives are designed cohesively across Salesforce and related applications including Revenue Cloud, Jira/Tempo, Upland PSA, Workday, and other enterprise platforms as required to support end-to-end business processes.
  • Drive automation, AI enablement, and workflow optimization across business processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system adoption, operational efficiency, data quality, and business outcomes.
  • Support future-state operating models and scalable growth strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience leading Salesforce platform, solution delivery, or enterprise application initiatives.
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud and experience supporting complex enterprise Salesforce environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud and/or CPQ, including leading or supporting Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) or Lead-to-Cash implementations and transformation initiatives.
  • Experience leading complex Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and transformation programs from requirements through delivery and adoption.
  • Experience supporting revenue-generating business functions such as Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Forecasting, Customer Success, Professional Services, or Inside Sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior business leaders, translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions, and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience leading or mentoring technical resources and delivering through both onshore and offshore teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce Agentforce/Einstein, Data Cloud, and Revenue Intelligence capabilities.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Revenue Cloud Consultant/Accredited Professional, Application Architect, System Architect, or similar.
