We are seeking an Enterprise Renewals Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Waltham, MA or Austin, TX office.
Job Summary
The Enterprise Renewals Manager is a strategic, customer-focused professional responsible for managing subscription and maintenance renewals for Imprivata's enterprise clients. This role plays a critical part in driving customer retention and recurring revenue by ensuring alignment between customer value and business priorities. The Enterprise Renewals Manager partners cross-functionally with Account Executives, Sales Managers, Customer Success, and other internal teams to deliver a seamless renewal experience, maximize customer satisfaction, and support long-term growth.

This position offers a total compensation range of $125,714.00 to $160,000.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here . This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.

- Drive strategy to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual renewal targets.
- Manage the full renewal cycle for a portfolio of enterprise customers.
- Build long-term relationships and identify opportunities to grow recurring revenue.
- Present the value of Imprivata's products and services to stakeholders at all levels.
- Prepare and negotiate renewal proposals in line with business and customer needs.
- Use Salesforce.com to track renewal activity, forecasts, and key customer insights.
- Assess renewal risks and develop mitigation plans with Sales and Customer Success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on deal structure, pricing, and compliance.
- Recommend process improvements based on market trends and customer feedback.
- Other duties as assigned and required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 10+ years of technology solution sales, preferably in healthcare.
- Proven track record of exceeding booking targets and closing complex, high-value enterprise deals.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Independent, collaborative, and self-motivated with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and embraces ambiguity.
