The Enterprise Sales Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles, partner with sales leadership, and develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top sales talent.
At Navan, recruiting is our #1 growth priority. We are searching for a dynamic, creative Enterprise Sales Recruiter to scale our Enterprise sales teams across the US. This isn’t your average recruiting role, we want someone who thinks and works like a sales pro, unearthing top talent and driving hiring success at the speed our business demands.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for Enterprise sales roles; hunting, engaging, and closing “A players” (top 1% performers) who will drive our sales success.
- Partner hand-in-hand with Regional Directors, the VP of Enterprise NA, and our CRO becoming an extension of the sales team and a trusted advisor on all things hiring.
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies, using both classic methods and out-of-the-box approaches to build world-class talent pipelines.
- Relentlessly pursue the best candidates, never taking “no” for an answer, and skillfully position our opportunities to win over top performers.
- Manage multiple priorities with finesse, staying organized, detail-obsessed, and consistently delivering a standout candidate experience.
- Collaborate with interview teams to ensure a seamless, engaging, and highly selective interview process that reflects our high standards.
- Track metrics, learn quickly, and pivot as needed in our fast-evolving environment.
About You:
- 3+ years of experience successfully recruiting enterprise sales talent in a high-growth, fast-paced company.
- Proven ability to identify and attract elite sales professionals, you know how to build a winning pitch!
- Creative, resourceful, and bold in your sourcing tactics, you thrive on the hunt and don’t shy away from challenges.
- Strong sales instincts: persistent, persuasive, and expert at closing top candidates.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple searches.
- Collaborative and influential with business leaders at all levels; you understand what drives them and how to add value.
- Laser-focused on both client and candidate experience, adaptable to change, and always operating with a sense of urgency.
