Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.

This role will define the technical roadmap across CRM and adjacent business platforms, drive enterprise integration strategy, and lead AI-enabled transformation initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Operations, and Commercial Operations.

You will operate as a senior technical leader across business systems architecture, balancing strategic vision with hands-on technical depth. This role requires strong enterprise architecture expertise, executive communication skills, and experience building scalable and intelligent business platforms in fast-growing environments.

 Your responsibilities will include

  • Define and evolve the long-term architecture strategy for GTM systems and enterprise business platforms

  • Own enterprise integration patterns between Salesforce and internal/external platforms.
  • Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and platform best practices
  • Lead AI and agentic systems strategy across GTM workflows and business operations.
  • Evaluate and implement AI-native workflows, automation agents, and intelligent orchestration capabilities.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Security, Data, and Enterprise Applications teams on APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures
  • Drive technical modernization and platform consolidation initiatives
  • Provide technical oversight for large-scale systems transformation programs
  • Mentor senior administrators, developers, and systems engineers
  • Reduce technical debt and improve scalability, reliability, and maintainability across business systems
  • Support vendor evaluations and build-vs-buy technical assessments

We expect you to have

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise systems architecture, CRM platforms, or GTM technology ecosystems
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce architecture and enterprise platform design
  • Strong experience with APIs, integrations, middleware, and distributed systems
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of modern GTM technology stacks including CRM, CPQ, CLM, customer systems, analytics, and automation platforms
  • Experience implementing AI-enabled workflows, intelligent automation, or agentic systems
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining technically hands-on when needed
  • Salesforce Architect certifications (Application, System, or Technical Architect)
  • Experience with AI platforms, LLM orchestration, or enterprise AI governance
  • Experience in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or AI-native technology environments
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Workato, Zapier, Snowflake, dbt, or similar ecosystems
  • Experience building governance frameworks for enterprise business systems
