  • Document design guidelines, accessibility standards, and inclusivity checks for internal and partner use

  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and content specialists to implement feedback loops, quality checkpoints, and iterative improvements

  • Pilot new AI-driven features, synthesize insights from testing, and provide recommendations to improve visual outcomes and workflows

  • Support high-volume design workflows while maintaining a high bar for craftsmanship and reliability

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related creative field

  • 3+ years of professional graphic or visual design experience, with demonstrated expertise in typography, layout, color, and composition

  • Proven experience designing multi-page presentations and PowerPoint content, supported by a strong portfolio

  • Hands-on experience evaluating and refining presentation designs across different styles, intents, and scenarios

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud

  • Strong understanding of design best practices, visual hierarchy, and presentation storytelling

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, evolving environments

  • Comfort receiving feedback and iterating quickly on designs

  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly

Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant visual or graphic design experience

  • 1–2 years of experience working with AI-generated content, including design evaluation, prompt-based workflows, or text-to-artifact systems

  • Familiarity with assessing AI model output quality across varied visual styles

  • Experience developing scalable design systems or standards used by large audiences

  • Demonstrated commitment to accessibility and inclusive design practices

  • Experience operating in experimental or emerging product spaces and helping define new standards
