Superlanet is exclusively seeking an Epic Cadence / Prelude Analyst for our East Coast-based healthcare organization.

This is a remote, 6-month contract opportunity (open to converting after initial engagement) supporting a large-scale Epic implementation across multiple community health centers. Candidates must reside on the East Coast and be available for monthly onsite travel. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on Epic Cadence and Prelude experience, strong patient access workflow knowledge, and the ability to contribute immediately within a fast-paced implementation environment. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in standardizing workflows across multiple organizations in preparation for a November Epic go-live.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, configure, and support Epic Cadence, Prelude, Referrals, Authorizations, and Real-Time Eligibility workflows.
  • Partner with operational and clinical stakeholders to optimize scheduling, registration, patient access, referral management, and insurance verification processes.
  • Participate in workflow design sessions, build validation, integrated testing, training support, and go-live readiness activities.
  • Support workflow standardization efforts across multiple health centers within the Epic Orchard model.
  • Configure and maintain security access related to patient access workflows.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and recommend workflow improvements and optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with project leadership and operational teams to ensure implementation milestones are achieved.
  • Support post-go-live stabilization and ongoing enhancement activities.
Required Qualifications
  • Active Epic Cadence Certification and Prelude Certification.
  • Active Epic Referrals and Authorizations Certification.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Epic Patient Access build and support experience.
  • Experience supporting scheduling, registration, insurance verification, referral management, and patient access workflows.
  • Experience participating in Epic implementation, optimization, or go-live initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Epic Patient Access workflow design and build methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Epic Community Connect experience.
  • Active Epic Security Certification. 
  • Active Epic Real-Time Eligibility Certification 
  • Community Health Center or FQHC experience.
  • Multi-site healthcare implementation experience.
  • Experience standardizing workflows across multiple organizations.
  • Experience supporting large-scale Epic deployments and go-live events.


Benefits
Pay rate based on qualifications and experience $80.00 - $90.00/hr +
