The Crown Is Yours

As an Events & Experiences Specialist, you'll help bring memorable events and hospitality experiences to life for our customers and internal stakeholders. You'll coordinate major programs from planning through execution, managing event logistics, vendor relationships, budgets, and attendee experiences along the way. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll turn creative concepts and business objectives into thoughtful, well-executed experiences while identifying ways to strengthen future events.


What You'll Do
  • Serve as the production lead for planning and execution of large-scale events and national programs, managing budgets, timelines, staffing needs, logistics, contingency plans, and on-site execution.
  • Manage vendor and agency relationships while researching and sourcing vendors, execution partners, and other resources that support event objectives.
  • Support the translation of creative concepts and business objectives into comprehensive production strategies.
  • Partner with the VIP Team and cross-functional stakeholders to gather feedback, identify key learnings, and develop repeatable practices that strengthen future events.
  • Represent the DraftKings brand at events while helping deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for attendees.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in experiential events, event planning, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Experience managing complex event production, including spatial planning, fabrication, scenic design, logistics, budgets, financial forecasts, and vendor negotiations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple events, changing priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, agencies, and event attendees.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
  • Flexibility to travel and work nights or weekends as required for event execution, along with the ability to obtain and maintain required state gaming licenses.

We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 80,000.00 USD - 100,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
