What You’ll Do

  • Identify, evaluate, and execute high-impact collaborations with complementary brands across food & beverage, wellness, fitness, beauty, fashion, hospitality, entertainment, and lifestyle.
  • Manage retail product collaborations from initial partner identification and concept development through commercialization and launch, coordinating closely with sales, product development, operations, creative, and external partners.
  • Manage Jade Leaf's annual consumer activation calendar, including planning and execution of tentpole moments such as National Matcha Day.
  • Plan and execute high-visibility consumer experiences including pop-ups, sampling programs, festivals, cultural events, retail activations, cafe experiences, and other experiential brand moments.
  • Develop mutually beneficial marketing partnerships that introduce Jade Leaf and the matcha category to new audiences, channels, communities, and consumption occasions.
  • Manage partner relationships and coordinate integrated activation plans, ensuring each collaboration is supported across social, PR, influencers, retail, eCommerce, content, and experiential touchpoints where appropriate.
  • Manage program budgets, timelines, agencies, vendors, contracts, and cross-functional workstreams within approved parameters to ensure activations and partnerships are delivered on strategy, on budget, and on time.
  • Track, analyze, and report on partnership, activation, and shopper marketing performance across reach, engagement, earned media, trial, retail execution, incremental sales, and brand-building KPIs; capture learnings to continuously improve future programs.
  • Support shopper marketing strategy and execution in partnership with Sales, including in-store activations, retail displays, point-of-sale materials, secondary merchandising, and retailer-specific programming.

Requirements

 What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, , or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, partnerships, experiential marketing, shopper marketing, or a related CPG / consumer brand role.
  • Proven experience developing and executing brand partnerships, collaborations, events, or experiential programs that drive measurable consumer and business impact.

  • Strong strategic and creative judgment, with a passion for culture, consumer trends, food & beverage, wellness, and identifying authentic ways for brands to show up in consumers' lives.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and build trusted relationships with external partners.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and willingness to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends as needed for activations, partner meetings, and key events.
