We are looking for a Billing Consultant - I to focus on our EverHealth product. In this role you will serve as a subject matter expert for EverHealth solutions for our customers. Specific responsibilities will include providing training, consulting, and direction to our customers. As the customer’s billing liaison, you will develop their’ practice management skills to ensure they complete their implementation, feeling confident and comfortable using our software for many years to come. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct webinar training for multiple customer stakeholders. 

  • Serve as your customer’s main point of contact for billing during implementation or consulting engagement. 

  • Serve as trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, new partners, and existing customers on best practices for using our Practice Management software. 

  • Respond promptly to inbound phone calls and emails 

  • Identify and escalate priority issues 

  • Be a solution provider! Creatively solve unique customer needs with dynamic software solutions. 

 

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role: 

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent, associate's degree strongly preferred.  

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare billing role such as Coding, Charge Entry, Payment Posting, AR Follow-up, or Patient Collections.  

  • Ability to self-manage assigned projects 

  • Willingness to travel periodically based on business and project needs. 

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. 

  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills. 

  • Strong bedside-like manner: can patiently support others through a first-time experience   

Where: 

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States - if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:

The target base compensation for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
