  • Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand customer business goals, operational challenges, and growth opportunities.

  • Deliver engaging virtual product demonstrations showcasing the value of Customer Lobby and pulseM solutions.

  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, referrals, and follow-up activities.

  • Position Customer Lobby and pulseM as strategic solutions that help customers generate leads, improve online reputation, increase customer retention, and drive business growth.

  • Develop tailored proposals and pricing recommendations based on customer needs.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and customer activity within Salesforce.

  • Partner closely with Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and evolving customer needs within the home services market.

  • Represent EverCommerce with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.

What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in a closing sales role, preferably selling SaaS or subscription-based software.

  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and forecasting opportunities.

  • Ability to quickly establish credibility with business owners and decision-makers.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

  • Self-motivated with a high level of accountability and drive.

  • Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling to SMB customers.

  • Experience in home services, customer experience, marketing technology, reputation management, or field service software.

  • Knowledge of outbound prospecting tools such as Salesloft, Outreach, or Gong.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Success in This Role:
Successful Account Executives are curious, resilient, and customer-focused. They build trust quickly, ask thoughtful questions, communicate value effectively, and consistently create win-win outcomes for customers and the business.
