We are looking for a Sales Training and Development Manager to focus on ourEverPro solutions. 

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Trainer to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving sales performance and productivity through the development and execution of strategies that support our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales training and development, sales enablement, a deep understanding of sales processes, and exceptional leadership skills. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Training & Development: Design, deliver, and manage training programs for the sales team, including onboarding, skills development, product knowledge, and sales techniques. 

  • Content Creation: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create effective sales tools and resources, such as presentations, case studies, sales playbooks, and competitive intelligence materials. 

  • Sales Process Optimization: Analyze sales processes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices and tools to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness. 

  • Technology Management: Evaluate, deploy, and manage sales enablement technologies and tools, such as CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and analytics tools. 

  • Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership, marketing, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. 

  • Coaching & Mentoring: Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to help them achieve their targets and professional growth. 

  • Feedback Loop:Establish mechanisms for collecting feedback from the sales team on enablement tools and training programs. Continuously refine and improve based on input and results. 

  • Offsite Training Programs and Events: Plan and execute any training programs and events that require in person involvement; including Sales Kickoff Events and travel on an as needed basis. 

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in sales enablement or training is a plus. 

  • Proven experience (4+ years) in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role, with a track record of driving sales performance. 

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices. 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making and strategy. 

  • Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies (e.g., CRM systems, sales engagement platforms). 

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence and motivate a team. 

  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $100,000 to $115,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
