Position Summary

AmeriSave is seeking an Executive Vice President of Technology to serve as the senior-most technology executive responsible for enterprise technology strategy, software engineering, architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI, and business transformation initiatives.

Reporting directly to executive leadership, this individual will define the technology vision of the organization and ensure technology serves as a strategic competitive advantage across every aspect of the business.

What You'll Do

  • Establish and execute the company-wide technology vision and roadmap
  • Lead technology functions including Software Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Data, AI, and Enterprise Applications
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on technology investments and innovation opportunities
  • Build and scale a world-class technology organization
  • Drive enterprise-wide AI adoption and automation strategies
  • Lead platform modernization and digital transformation initiatives
  • Ensure alignment between business strategy and technology execution
  • Oversee technology budgets, vendor strategy, and investment priorities
  • Champion innovation while maintaining operational excellence and regulatory compliance
  • Build strong partnerships across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Risk functions
  • Evaluate partnerships, acquisitions, and emerging technologies
  • Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability, agility, innovation, and results

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 20+ years of progressive technology leadership experience
  • Experience leading large-scale engineering and technology organizations
  • Proven success serving in VP, SVP, EVP, CIO, CTO, or equivalent executive roles
  • Deep experience with enterprise software architecture and digital transformation
  • Experience building technology organizations that directly support revenue growth and operational efficiency
  • Strong knowledge of AI, automation, cloud architecture, cybersecurity, and data platforms
  • Demonstrated success working directly with executive leadership and boards
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational transformation capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Mortgage, fintech, banking, or regulated financial services experience
  • Experience leading technology organizations through rapid growth
  • Advanced business and technical education
  • Experience driving enterprise-scale AI transformation

High-speed internet required for remote work, Cable or Fiber ONLY with the ability to connect via Ethernet. Minimum speeds: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared), 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use).

Compensation:

The annual compensation for this position generally ranges between $250,000 - $350,000.
