Provides high-level administrative support of an often-confidential nature and serves as the personal executive assistant to C-Level Executive, Vice President, Medical Director or two or more Directors. May supervise, coach and train lower-level clerical staff and assist with projects and other departmental duties as assigned. For department sizes of 1000 employees or more.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.00 to $36.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree. Experience supporting executive-level positions will be accepted in lieu of degree on a 1:1 basis.
- 7+ years of secretarial experience with a minimum of two years' Executive Secretary, Administrative Assistant or Front Desk Receptionist experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint and Adobe as required by the position.
- Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Proven excellent organization skills
- Proven ability to speak, write, and understand English
- Proven ability to draft / compose memos and letters
- Proven ability to take minutes at meetings.
- Proven ability to start and complete projects with no supervision
- Proven ability to research data and create reports from data collected.
- Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks or projects without loss of efficiency and effectiveness
